I’m dedicated to helping people build strength, confidence in the weight room, and long-term habits that stick while having fun.
My approach focuses on finding the exercises and workouts that work for you as an individual. My work is dedicated to evidence-based training, sustainable nutrition, and realistic goal-setting. Whether you’re completely new to the gym, getting back into shape, or looking to switch up your current program, I design programs tailored to your body, your schedule, and your goals.
I believe progress comes from consistency, proper form, and accountability. My role is to coach, motivate, and educate you every step of the way so you feel confident in your movement ability both inside and outside our sessions.
For fun I like to spend time in nature on hikes with my husband and dog. I also love doing silly little crafts and trying new recipes on weekend nights.
I’ve been personal training since 2012. NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, as well as Precision Nutrition Level 1, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and currently working toward my Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coaching Certification.
