Partner Training

Have more fun with your workout! Sharing a workout with a friend, spouse or family member is a great way to stay motivated.
Sweat through fun partner exercises and individualized exercises as well. Partners do not have to be on the same fitness level to train together. We offer 50 minute and 30 minute sessions.
How to sign up for partner training:
-Both partners need to create an account and fill out the forms on PTminder. This is so we have liability waivers, and health history information for both participants before working with you!
-Both partners need to schedule their own separate consultations. We have you do separate consultations so your trainer can learn more about your movement needs. With this information your trainer will be able to plan your joint sessions to better suit each person.
-After the consultations are complete, one partner will purchase the session(s) and book the appointment through PTminder.
-If you’re looking to use a package for your training make sure to purchase the package before scheduling the session. This way the session will be deducted from your package and not charge you for an individual session.
Choose your trainer, time and day and schedule it and you’re ready to go!
