Small Group Training

Small Group Training is a multi-week series that keeps you accountable to your workout goals.

A great budget-friendly alternative to personal training. Groups are kept small for personal attention from your trainer.

You'll sweat in this cardio based workout series taught by Kasia.  Class format varies each week between tabata, bootcamp and HIIT style.  

 

Class is limited to 4-6 students.  No makeups​

Class runs based on enrollment.  If not enough students register we will refund your card.  

Wednesdays and Fridays at 7am

May dates:

5/6, 5/8, 5/13, 5/15, 5/20, 5/22, 5/27, 5/29

How to sign up for Small Group Training:

-Sign in or create an account and fill out the forms on PTminder.  This is so we have liability waivers, and health history information before working with you!

-Go to the class calendar. 

-Registration will be listed on the date of the first class of the series.

-Click in and pay for your registration!  You’ll get an email from us telling us it was successful.

-You’re good to go! 

In case of low registration we may have to cancel the session if not enough participants sign up. We will email you to let you know 24 hours in advance and refund your card.
