MAD Strength
A full body strength training class. Every week you'll work through a new strength training circuit to improve and learn new exercises. We work with a variety of tools including kettlebells, sandbells, medicine balls, and battling ropes!
Class is generally run as a circuit:
--Warm up and exercise instruction
--3 x stations of 2-4 exercises for 8 minutes each
--Cool down

How to sign up for class:
-Sign in or create an account and fill out the forms on PTminder. This is so we have liability waivers, and health history information before working with you!
-You can pay for class using a package of classes or you can pay as you go. If you are planning on using a to package you should purchase the package before you register for class or you will be charged for one class at a time.
-Next click the class on the schedule and register. You’ll get a confirmation email that you have signed up for class!
