This is circuit training--you'll switch exercises every minute and work toward your own personal best. Full body strengthening with core challenge in every move. Workouts change daily. Each workout is optimized to build strength, bone mass, flexibility and cardio endurance.
How to sign up for class:
-Sign in or create an account and fill out the forms on PTminder. This is so we have liability waivers, and health history information before working with you!
-You can pay for class using a package of classes or you can pay as you go. If you are planning on using a to package you should purchase the package before you register for class or you will be charged for one class at a time.
-Next click the class on the schedule and register. You’ll get a confirmation email that you have signed up for class!
