Are your muscles always tight and sore from sitting at a desk all day? Do you want to improve your flexiblity? Then Stretch is the class for you!

Stretch focuses on relieving tension and releasing knots in your body. Learn how to increase your movement potential. Join us and treat yourself!
Kasia will teach the group how to stretch safely and improve mobility. Each stretch or pose will be held for 60-90 seconds and you will use available props.

How to sign up for specials:
-Sign in or create an account and fill out the forms on PTminder. This is so we have liability waivers, and health history information before working with you.
-You can use your regular class package to pay for specials. If you would like to purchase a class package to pay for your registration you should do so now before you register or you will be charged for one class at a time.
-Once you’ve purchased your class pass or if you’re paying as you go, click the class on the schedule and register. You’ll get a confirmation email that you have signed up for class.
