HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training)
This high intensity interval training (HIIT) class gets you moving. Your class starts with a warmup made to prep your muscles and joints for the movement to come. Your workout circuit is 3 rounds. Each round consists of six to seven, minute-long exercise stations, with a 20 second recovery break in between each station. Every rep matters and no two classes are ever the same!

How to sign up for class:
-Sign in or create an account and fill out the forms on PTminder. This is so we have liability waivers, and health history information before working with you!
-You can pay for class using a package of classes or you can pay as you go. If you are planning on using a to package you should purchase the package before you register for class or you will be charged for one class at a time.
-Next click the class on the schedule and register. You’ll get a confirmation email that you have signed up for class!
