This in person high-intensity Bootcamp will get you sweating and ready for your weekend. Quick-paced full-body circuits keep you moving for maximum calorie expenditure!
How to sign up for class:
-Sign in or create an account and fill out the forms on PTminder. This is so we have liability waivers, and health history information before working with you!
-You can pay for class using a package of classes or you can pay as you go. If you are planning on using a to package you should purchase the package before you register for class or you will be charged for one class at a time.
-Next click the class on the schedule and register. You’ll get a confirmation email that you have signed up for class!
