The scoop on ONLINE CLASSES

Virtual Classes

Eve will teach HIIT and Strength classes from her home!  Sign up online and get ready to sweat. Classes will be streamed live through zoom so you can watch and workout with Eve and your classmates!

You can take class LIVE or watch later:

Benefits of taking class LIVE:

-you can see and talk to your friends and classmates and maybe even fool yourself into thinking we’re not in pandemic-times

-Working out with friends is just more fun and encouraging

 

Don’t worry if you cannot take the class live.  If it turns out you have a commitment and can’t take class right on time we will send you a link to take class once it has uploaded to the cloud.  (Please be patient this usually takes a few hours due to the overwhelming number of people in the world now using zoom just like us)  The video will only be accessible online for 48 hours after it has been uploaded to the cloud so make sure to get on it!

Here’s how we’re doing this:

 

How to sign up and get into class:

-Sign up for your class online through vagaro as normal

-Once registered we will email you a key to access the class

-click on the link in the email, this will bring you to zoom

-type in your name to log into the class- you DON’T have to have a zoom account to take class :) 

-you have the CHOICE to opt in or out of having your camera and/or audio shared with the class. Benefits of opting in- you can interact with your classmates and show them your smiling face! note: the workout class is recorded and will be seen by other class participants

-wait for class to start!

 

Prepare for class:

-Email Eve a list of your workout equipment- this will help her create a more dynamic workout!  If you don’t have equipment don’t worry…

Here are things around your house or equipment you should mention:  bands, weights, cables, kettle bells, gallon jugs that you can fill with water, cast iron pan, bags of flour, rice, heavy cans. Be creative here! Also mention if you have quickly accessible stairs or sturdy chairs that we can use to make things harder or easier

-Clear a space for your workout.  Make sure the space you choose is safe for a workout.  There should be room for you to lie down on the floor, for you to raise your hands overhead and to lunge.

-Have a mat or towel nearby so for floor exercises 

-Gather your equipment and have it nearby

-Have a water bottle nearby

-Make sure your device is charged up for class
